Whether it be entering and attending a nationally recognised awards event such as the prestigious Times and Sunday Time Estate Agency and Lettings Agency of The Year Awards, Estate Agency seminars and EXPO’s or setting reward based targets and goals, we believe in creating an environment that is not only professional, but fun… after all, most of us will spend more time with our work colleagues than we will with anyone else.



As a team, we meet once every month to discuss and review results and plan for the future.  This will traditionally be followed by a bite to eat and we will also get together on a grander scale every quarter and, of course, at Christmas (In 2015 we went to Langan's in Mayfair for a fantastic meal). 



Our training is very much “on the job” and will initially involve trainees shadowing key members of staff to understand exactly how we work.  Even experienced personnel joining us will first meet all the entire team and go through a mentoring based induction programme before settling into their new role.  We also work with companies such as The Property Academy to send staff on selected training courses that we believe will help in their own and the businesses development.
